The challenge
A company renting Airstreams for tours, events and mobile kitchens managed complex operations: iconic but delicate vehicles traveling across Italy, tour and event calendars to fit together, custom quotes for every project, stage and kitchen equipment to keep efficient. Coordination lived on separate calendars and spreadsheets: risk of date overlaps, maintenance remembered by heart and quotes slow to build.
The solution
With Odoo we gave the fleet a single control room. Every Airstream and every piece of equipment (mobile kitchens, event fittings) has its own record with calendar availability: tour and event scheduling books vehicles without overlaps. Quoting starts from templates with recurring items (vehicle, fitting, logistics, staff) and becomes order and invoice without re-entry, with a linked payment schedule. Maintenance — of vehicles and equipment alike — is planned with scheduled interventions and recorded per asset, so history is always available.
