The challenge
A promotional products company handles jobs weaving together sales, customization and logistics: orders with dedicated production (printing and customization), imports with long lead times to plan, projects for key accounts, multiple warehouses to coordinate and high order-line volumes. Administration runs on NTS Business, which had to stay: the risk was yet another isolated system, with manual fulfillment and stock never aligned between operations and accounting.
The solution
We moved the operational core to Odoo, integrating it with NTS Business — making the ERP coexist with systems that must stay is exactly our specialty. Sales management with quotes and orders; production orders for printing and customization linked to sales lines; import planning with expected dates and receipts. Order fulfillment is automatic: rules reserve goods and generate picking and shipping when conditions are met. Warehouses run with WMS logic — locations, barcodes, guided picking — and administrative data flows to NTS Business without double entry.
