The challenge
A social cooperative with diversified activities managed three separate worlds with different tools: treasury (cash flows, banks, deadlines) on spreadsheets, the company fleet (vehicles, insurance and inspection deadlines, assignments) on manual registers, and a real estate portfolio (units, contracts, maintenance) documented in scattered archives. The overall financial picture was reconstructed by hand, with error margins and no real-time overview.
The solution
We configured Odoo as a single platform for all three areas. Treasury: connected bank accounts, reconciliation, receivables and payables schedule and cash flow forecasting. Fleet: vehicle registry with automatic deadlines (insurance, inspections, scheduled maintenance) and tracked assignments. Real estate: units, contracts with their deadlines and rents, maintenance planned and tracked to completion. Management now has a single dashboard with an up-to-date financial and asset picture, with no manual reconstruction.
