Growing through acquisitions. Each new company joins the same IT standard.

Each acquired company integrated into the group IT standard, without halting operations
Unified identity, email and ERP: no more technological islands
Same security and backup policies across all 7 branches

The challenge

A value-added electronics distributor, a long-standing client of ours, grew over the years by acquiring other companies. Each acquisition brought a different IT legacy: separate domains and identities, email on heterogeneous platforms, non-communicating management systems, uneven security levels. Without structured integration, each new company would have remained an island — with duplicated costs, uneven security risks and no centralized visibility over the group's IT.

The solution

We have managed this group's IT from the start: that's why we defined a common IT standard and a repeatable post-acquisition integration process. For each new company: consolidation of identities into a single domain, email migration to Microsoft 365 with shared security policies (MFA, anti-phishing), alignment of the ERP to the group infrastructure, extension of immutable backup and endpoint protection with the same rules already active on other branches. The IT onboarding of an acquired company follows a proven checklist, so integration happens quickly and without operational interruption.

The results

Each acquired company integrated into the group IT standard, without halting operations

Unified identity, email and ERP: no more technological islands

Same security and backup policies across all 7 branches

Repeatable IT onboarding: each new acquisition is faster than the last

A single IT partner for the entire group, from the beginning to today
