Access control, intrusion detection and phone system in one orchestration.
The challenge
A pharmaceutical and industrial enterprise had physical security and communication systems that didn't talk to each other: access control, Elmo intrusion detection and the phone system worked as separate silos, each with its own console. An event at the entrance or an alarm triggered no coordinated action on the other systems. In an enterprise context — with high security and traceability requirements — the lack of a common orchestration meant slower reaction times and no correlation between physical events and communication.
The solution
We don't install hardware: we design the architecture and make existing systems talk. We integrated access control and Elmo intrusion detection with the 3CX phone system, creating a single orchestration: physical security events can automatically trigger communication actions (notifications, calls, routing) via the PBX. Configuration of correlation logic between access, alarms and telephony, with centralized multi-site management. The value is not in the single device, but in making them work together as a coherent system.
The results
Access control, Elmo intrusion detection and 3CX in one integrated orchestration
Physical security events correlated with corporate communication
Centralized multi-site management, unified console
Systems from different vendors that finally talk to each other
No structural work: only design, configuration and integration
